Background: Working with specialist agency Construction Marketing Experts (CME), I write regularly for this developer start-up. They’re a unique, independent developer in Buckinghamshire who build carbon neutral and net zero homes.


Objective: Capture the independent style, pioneering spirit and market-transforming proposition. Educate audiences about what net zero homes are and how impressive Pearcroft is for building them.


Appeal to a wide range of audience from investors to landowners, agents to home buyers.

Raise brand awareness, build excitement and drive investment.


Output: As part of a larger marketing strategy, I developed brand values, personality, writing style and a messaging matrix for this real challenger brand. Since then, I’ve been bringing that to life across social posts, blogs, emails and shiny new websites. The Pearcroft Invest website is already live and there are a couple more websites waiting in the wings.


Results: Building on the marketing momentum with a consistent message and tone that reflects the people and product more accurately. Standing out from a sea of sameness in the housing developer world. Increased engagement and brand awareness thanks to my involvement. Media coverage nationally and locally.
