Datcom were in the lengthy process of revamping their website but wanted a quick fix to make the existing content work harder until the shiny, new site went live. The old content had been created and edited sporadically as the business grew so was inconsistent, clunky and a little confusing in places. As an IT services company, they excel in finding user-friendly solutions to sometimes complicated and confusing technical issues. However, the previous language didn't reflect their high-standards and down-to-earth approach. I completed an extensive proofread to spot inconsistencies and suggested edits to improve clarity, flow and accuracy.
The client said: "Hannah, that is so much work thank you! Checking things like our number and vendor accreditations is just something I would not have thought of."
